Jack comes from a racing family and much success over the years in the 305 sprint class. He finished second in a pair of Knoxville events back in 2007.

In 2024, he competes on a weekly basis in the 410 class for the first time following his father Jerry, who won a feature here driving for Gil Sonner in 1979.
