After competing in a couple of events in 2016, and a handful in 2017, Chase tackled the 305 class full-time as a rookie in 2018, finishing eight in points. He moved up two spots in 2019, and recorded his first career win in 2020, necessitating a shaving of his pandemic beard!

In 2021, Chase's consistency and seven top five finishes earned him a career-best third place standing in points.
