Bio:
Ayrton follows his father Steve, and grandfather Gene, both former Knoxville regulars to the Sprint Car Capital of the World.
Ayrton exploded on the 410 scene in 2021. Despite missing a few shows at Knoxville, he was awarded with "Rookie of the Year" honors and a ninth place oint standing, having finished on the podium three times. He picked up nine wins in 2021, with five of those coming at the wheel of a 410.
2022 saw Ayrton improve even more, and he grabbed his first career Knoxville win on Season Championship night. He broadened his race schedule to include Eldora and central PA as well.
Ayrton was the 2017 North American Sprint Car Poll 360 Rookie of the Year, was the 2017 Tulsa Shootout "A" Class champion, and garnered Rookie of the Year honors at Double X Speedway in California, Missouri.
