Josh Hegwood to Sponsor 2020 Jr. Fan Club

The 2020 Knoxville Raceway Jr. Fan Club will be back and better than ever with a new sponsorship from Josh Hegwood. Josh is one of the biggest and most supportive racing fans in the area and arguably the country.
Josh began attending races at the age of five and has been working on race cars as a mechanic for the past nine years. Founder of Chick Magnet Motorsports, Josh can regularly be seen in the infield of Knoxville Raceway supporting his favorite drivers Jamie Ball, Wayne Johnson, Chris Martin, Harli White and others.
“The fans are what keep me going,” Josh said. “The fans and the drivers that have become my friends. I wouldn’t be here without them. I love my job and I wouldn’t change anything. Racing is my life.”
The Knoxville Raceway Jr. Fan Club presented by Josh Hegwood will host four pre-race parties in 2020 on May 16, June 13, July 25 and August 29. Parties are held in Dyer-Hudson Hall at 5pm, local time. All fans 12 years of age and under are welcomed to join the Jr. Fan Club. Our young fans can sign up at the Jr. Fan Club booth under the grandstands during the races, or at a Jr. Fan Club party.
