Well, it's time for the Premier Chevy Dealers Clash featuring the NOS Energy Drink World of Outlaws Sprint Cars!

My name is Bill Wright, and I'll try to keep you up to date with the goings on here at the Knoxville Raceway tonight! 65 cars are signed in, one short of the one-day WoO record car count at Knoxivlle (66 in April of 1979). Sammy Swindell won that event in the Federal Express #91. He was in aciton with the WoO last weekend in Pevely!

Abreu leads Larson, Brown, Co Macedo and Bogucki...now Randall is by Bogucki for the final transfer spot...Brown drives around Larson for 2nd in turn 2...red flag, left rear blows for Pursley...he careens into turn one wall, but is out of the car...4 to go, Abreu leads Brown, Larson, Co Macedo, Randall, Bogucki, PPM, Holmes, Haudenschild and Hickle...back to green, Abreu continues ahead of Brown, Larson, Co Macedo and Randalll, Larson challenging Brown now for the 2nd DAsh spot....Larson is giving it all he has but comes up just short...Abreu, Brown, Larson, Co Macedo and PPM transfer...

Hard flip for T Phillips down the backstretch...Tasker climbs out...looked like contact with Sweet...Scelzi leads C McCarl, A McCarl, Windom and Sweet...Kofoid trying to reel in Sweet for the fifth and final transfer...now Sweet gaining on Windom for 4th...Sweet by Windom after shutting Kofoiod down for 5th....Scelzi, C McCarl, A McCarl, Sweet and Windom transfer....

D main, 8 laps, top 2 to the C...RJ Johnson, Selvage, T McCarl, Jeffrey, Bubak and S Johnson will not start...Spithaler leads Bellm, Mincer and Hughes early...Bellm to the lead on lap 2, Hughes to 3rd...Bellm and Spithaler move on...

C main, 10 laps, top 2 to the back of the B...

Hampton leads Pittman, Schatz and Pulkrabek early...caution for Pulkrabek who spins into turn 1 wall...2 down, 8 to go, Hampton leads Pittman, Schtz, Cam Martin, Sawyer, Juhl, Ben Brown, Thomas Jr., Key, Crawley and Bellm, Worthington, Spithaler, Morrell...Hampton continues to lead with Schatz into second on the restart, followed by Cam Martin and Pittman...Hampton pulling away now....Hampton and Schatz move on to the B...

Dash is 6 olaps and determines the first four rows of the feature...Schucart leads Reutzel, Courtney, Abreu and Brown...Scelzi by Brown for fifth on lap two...Schuchart wins it and will start on the pole...

B main, 12 laps, to four to the feature event...

T Phillips is a scratch...Hickle out front early over Randall, Ca Macedo, Balog and Haudenschild..now Haudenschild fires into the final transfer spot, getting by Balog...Kofoid gaining on Balog...now Balog drives under Haudenschild for fourth with seven to go...Kofoid reeling in Haudenschild...Kofoid is now 5th...2 to go and Kofoid is gaining on Balog for the final transfer...Hickle, Randall, Ca Macedo and Balog who just holds Kofoid off!

A main is up next! 25 laps, Kofoid, Haudenschild, Sawyer Phillips and Schatz take provisionals...$12,000 to win...Reutzel out to the early lead ahead of Schuchart, Abreu, Courtney and Scelzi...Abreu by Schuchart for 2nd on lap two...Larson by Scelzi on the high side of turn two for 5th on lap 6...Abreu takes the lead from Reutzel as they approach traffic on lap nine...bottom of turn two...Lapped traffic...Larson by Courtney for 4th on lap 10...Schatz and PPM get together, caution with 13 to go...Abreu leads Reutzel, Schuchart, Larson, Courtney, Scelzi Gravel, A McCarl, Brown, Axsom, Co Macedo, Sweet, C McCarl, Bayston, Timms...Abreu takes the iinside lane on the double-file restart...Co Macedo slows on the restart to bring the caution...he was running 14th...Schatz has made repairs in the work area....single-file restart...13 to go....nose wing damage for Ca Macedo...Front end as well...Ca Macedo does not make it out...Larson slides by Schuchart for thrid on lap 15...Larson by Reutzel for second in a good battle on lap 17...Schuchart to third...Larson closes late but Rico holds him off to win it!
