Tony progressed from 21st to 14th in his first two full years with the World of Outlaws in 2007 and 2008. He picked up his first career WoO win in 2008 at the 34 Raceway in West Burlington, Iowa. He capped the 2008 season off with a victory at I-30 Speedway's Short Track Nationals and repeated the feat in 2009, and was 8th in points on the ASCS National trail.
