Introducing Finish Line Pizza at Knoxville Raceway

There will be a new pizza offered at Knoxville Raceway for the 2019 season. Finish Line Pizza will be the newest concession option from our partners Nick and Kirsti Peterson with Checkered Flag Concessions.
The Finish Line Pizza stand will be located in the same location as previous pizza stands.
“We want to thank our long-time partners at Pizza Hut in Knoxville for their service at Knoxville Raceway,” said Nick. “They leave big shoes to fill, but we are up for the challenge and feel that we can provide another great quality food option for race fans.”
The Peterson’s will operate Checkered Flag Concessions for a third year at Knoxville Raceway in 2019. Their menu has grown each year to help complement the more well-known options.
“Our weekly specials were very successful last year,” said Kirsti. “The reuben, philly cheesesteak, pulled pork, and others went over well so we will continue to offer those types of options in 2019. The specials seem to get people excited for the racing experience and that is our goal. We want to do our part to make the Knoxville Raceway experience the best it can be for the fans.”
Along with pizza, the Finish Line Pizza stand will also offer breadsticks and soft drinks.
