Bio:

Tom Lenz has been a staple at the Knoxville Raceway in the 360 class since 1989. Formerly of Strawberry Point, he has now moved to Marion. Tom was the Rookie of the Year in 1989 after a successful career in the ¼ midgets and mini-sprints from 1972-1988. Tom’s first win at Knoxville in 2005 was a long time coming, but very rewarding.

In his career, in addition to the Knoxville win, he has taken checkers first in Webster City and twice at both Burlington and Allison. He also has two 305 wins to his credit at Allison. His father Bob Lenz has always been there, and was named 360 Owner of the Year in 1991.

Tom registered his highest point standing in twenty years, riding consistency in 2013 to finish 8th, and followed that up with his consistency since.
