Jon battled with Joe Beaver for the championship all year in 2014. His second place standing was a personal best, and it was the fifth straight year he has been in the top five. Jon is a three-time Sprint Invaders Association champion (2014, 2015, 2017).

Jon is a second generation driver (Craig) who got his start in the family racer at the age of 19. The Technology Management graduate of Northern Iowa took over ownership of the race team in 2002. In 2004, he competed at over 60 events with the All Star Circuit of Champions, gaining valuable experience that has helped him to solid finishes to this day.
