My love for racing started at a very young age. Born in Oskaloosa, Iowa I have been surrounded by dirt track racing since the day I was born. I made my first appearance at a racetrack at the age of two weeks. My racing passion brought me through my toddler years of wearing out old racing tapes and big wheel racing in the drive way into my first go kart at the age of 6. Racing go karts and motocross on and off until the age of 18. Taking the driving skills I had learned growing up, and starting my own modified team in 2008. Here is where I learned that success in life is earned with hard work and the right attitude. I then transformed my team to Championship caliber in its second year, at the age of twenty. Happy with my results, but still not satisfied. We returned in the 2010 racing season to capture a second, back to back track championship as well as a 4th place finish in the USRA national points standings. I then began racing at Knoxville in the 360 division for the Wares & Harrison Racing team. This year we will be fielding our own 360 at the Knoxville raceway as a weekly competitor in the Knoxville Championship Cup. In the future I see myself continuing to work hard and stay motivated at all times to be successful. I’m excited to continue moving up the rungs of the racing ladder, meeting new people, creating friendships and unforgettable memories along the way. I strive to succeed in everything I do, and am looking forward to finding success in the racing seasons to come. My main goal is to stay focused, work hard and surround myself with good people, knowing that when these things are combined, any level of success can be achieved.
