Bio:
Kevin lived out a dream of his, competing in the 410 class at Knoxville in 2016. The result was a 15th place standing in points. He returned to the 305 class in 2017 and racked up three wins, giving him four in his career at Knoxville.
Kevin was finally able to compete in a full season at Knoxville in 2014 in the 305 class after some mechanical difficulties in 2012 and 2013. He came home with his first Knoxville win, a third place standing and Rookie of the Year honors that season. Though 2015 had its ups and downs, Kevin was able to register a ninth place standing in the point race.
The 2010 34 Raceway Champion picked up his first career win in emotional fashion. In 2009, the 1st Annual Brian Hetrick Memorial honoring his brother was held, and at the end of the night, he was in Victory Lane with his family. After running hobby stocks and modifieds, Kevin followed his brother’s and father Jim’s footsteps. Jim was a frequent participant at Knoxville as well.
