Jamie Ball made the step up into the sprint car ranks in 2010 doing double duty. He earned 360 Rookie of the Year honors with the 360, placing 15th in points, and also competed in all 305 events, registering 7th in the point battle. After finishing second in the 2011 305 point standings, Jamie moved back into the 360’s in 2012. He had a strong year going when a hard crash injured his shoulder and ended his season. In 2013, his qualifying prowess saw him finish fourth in points, and 2014 saw Jamie finish a career-best third in the 360 standings and capture his first 360 win at Knoxville. His seventh place run in 2015 was his third straight year in the top ten in Knoxville points. He also picked up a pair of wins with the Sprint Invaders in 2015, finishing third in points with that series.
Jamie holds 30 career feature wins in Outlaw Dirt Karts, and won a season championship in the Open Class at English Creek Speedway South of Knoxville. He was also named the Driver of the Year, and copped the Lucas Oil Indoor Winter Nationals.
In 2008, he was the NWOK Grand National Champion, the NWOK Race of Champions Champion and the Summer Heat Series Champion. In 2007, he was the Open Class Runner-Up at English Creek.
